Return Process

Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any damage or quality issues, as fresh truffles require specific storage conditions to maintain their integrity.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, email our support team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will expedite a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method; please note that perishable items cannot be physically returned.
